Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the product is in its original, unused condition. Please review the details below for exceptions and return procedures.

  1. General Return Policy
  • Non-Personalized Items: These can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping fees.
  • Opened/Used Items: Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery, in which case they may qualify for a replacement or refund.
  • Prescription Items: Prescription-based equipment or personal care items cannot be returned once opened due to health regulations unless they are defective.
  • Health and Hygiene-Related Items: Products cannot be returned once they have been opened.
  1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective item, contact our customer service team immediately at cs@vms.org. We will either:

  • Arrange for a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund, including any shipping fees associated with returning the item.
  1. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our customer service team at cs@vms.org with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label.
